I have had some disastrous visits to various Baker's Squares before. How ever this was not one of them. This location as renewed my faith the Baker's Square chain and I will be back for another visit. Thumbs up to our server. I ordered a Chicken Pot Pie She told me right from the get go that they may be out of the large pot pies bu the asked me immediately if she could substitute the smaller pot pie or if I would like something else if they are out. This is the way to handle it! I would much rather be told right away rather than waiting for 10 minutes and have her come back with the disappointing news. Good job anticipating problems and offering alternative solutions right from the start.. I did get a smaller version of the Chicken Pot Pie and it was pretty good. The coconut cream pie was also good. The place was busy but was kept clean. A much better experience than I am used to with this chain!

My children and I stopped in for breakfast before heading to the docs office. Pleasantly surprised. Egg white omelette with a side of ham. Really good. The ham was very good. My kids liked what they had. Coffee was ok. We picked up a pie for later and my family enjoyed it very much.

I've been here twice recently. Once with two rambunctious boys under 5 and the second time with just me 3 year old. Both times we got James as our server and both times he was a great server. He was very friendly and with the kids and seems to really like his job as does everyone at this location seem to. We will be back on Wednesdays for more Pie lunch dates : )

Came here with my parents today (free pie Wendesday). Everything was great. My dad and I had breakfast while mom had the chicken pot pie. Our server was Wendy and she is awesome! Had a good time and enjoyed the food.

My son and I have been coming to this location for years. Most of the time the service is just ok and the only reason we kept on coming was some nostalgia and the pie. Our visit this week was totally different and that was because we has jason as our server. This man is great- he treated us like we were in a 5 star restaurant in the city. Food was typical and pie is always good but Jason is who you want to be your server . He also has way more personality than the manager we asked to see to let know how great jason was. Michael you need to get some energy!
The pick three is a bit expensive for the portion sizes. The cherry cheesecake galette is frippin DELUCIOUS though! I had a hair on my plate, but by the time I found it I was mostly finished. They would have brought me another, but I had lost my appetite so they took it off the bill. The people were nice enough, but the food was just not up to par and I could have gotten a much better meal elsewhere for the price.

This was my first time at this particular location, and may be my last. I like to give places at least a few tries before I mark them off the list. I came here last weekend with my friend, and we had a nice meal, pie and conversation. Our server was not all that great, but maybe she was having an off day. I can understand that. We usually like to sit and visit for awhile, and do not like being rushed. After we ordered our pie, she brings us the bill and puts it on the table. Not cool. Of course we felt like we needed to hurry up, but we took our time regardless. So, after awhile of sitting there, she came by to be sure and tell us that her shift was ending and "if you could go ahead and pay your bill when you have a chance. Thanks." We were wanting more coffee, which she never asked us if we wanted, or if we needed anything else. The service was horrible, and she seemed a bit abrupt. It was not crowded in there, so the need to rush us was uncalled for. Whatever. I may come back, but not anytime soon.

This will probably be the most un-hip review I ever post on Yelp, but I have to do it. I love, love, love Bakers Square. I think it brings back memories of high school when I was under 21 and didn't have any cooler dining/evening out options. Sure its divey, dumpy and dingy, but it serves the bomb-diggity comfort food. Roll in for a tuna melt or a chicken, cheddar & bacon melt. Make sure to grab that side salad and slice of pie for an extra $2.99, its well worth it. I suggest the high-fat deliciousness that is the Oreo pie for dessert. My stomach is growling just thinking about it. Mmmmm....

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. We came in there and the place was empty. There were a few couples there, but pretty much empty. I don't like Baker's Square that much in the first place. The food is greasy and high in fat, and the pies are somewhat good. We reluctantly went there because no one else was open late at night. So we sit down and the manager says a waitress will be with you in a few. About 15 minutes pass and no waitress is near us. 15 min. may not be much, but when you are absolutely starving, its seems like eons. Whats weird is that you can see all the waitresses talking about the latest soaps just staring at us. For 5 more min. Just staring. One walked by a few times. It was just plain rude and lazy of them. So we walked out. No food. No drinks. Just a horrible experience.

I'm giving 5 stars because it was so bad. So bad you ask? Why yes and let me explain. The waitress was in such a hurry (why I have no idea) that she would leave while we were in mid sentence. It became a game to my friend and I to try and get out what we were wanting before she would take off. She actually put my drink down on the table and picked it back up again (in a swift motion) because she had forgot to let go of the drink before she walked away. I'm serious, you cant make this stuff up! She took my menu away from my hands as I was reading my order then walked away as I was completing my order. She just filled in the blanks for me because I guess I was taking way too long (deciding for me the type of bread for my sandwich and the type of soup I was going to have). At first it was very annoying but then it became a game to see if we could match our speed with hers. My friend started to blurt out her take out order and the lady actually left right in the middle of it and then came back. It was absolutely hilarious! I highly recommend it!

This Baker Square is a great place to dine at. I had a coupon and a promotional gift card which Natalie was I able to use at the same time but I was also able to use it with the pie shop special. For those of you that are not familiar with the pie shop special it consists of three different price tiers. Each price tier has three different entrées to select from most of which include a sandwich of some sort. From there you select two of the following: a soup, a salad, or a slice of pie. Also if you want the second half of your sandwich you can order it for a $1.79, A good idea if you have an appetite. I ordered the grown-up grilled cheese with creamy tomato basil soup and a slice of cherry pie. The grown-up grilled cheese is delicious. It is served on multigrain bread with Rich cheddar cheese and bacon. It has always been one of my favorites, but definitely not the most healthy. My girlfriend got chicken tenders served with potato pancakes and roasted potatoes. The roasted potatoes were a little too well done. The potato pancakes tasted a little oniony in my girlfriends opinion but once doused with ketchup she immediately began to warm up to them. The chicken fingers were absolutely delicious, somewhat thin but season nicely. The service was great. Refills on our drinks were consistent and food came promptly. I would definitely recommend going here if you are in the area. On a sidenote, they have something called the foursquare breakfast by Erbe for 10:00 AM where you get to select four different breakfast items for $6.99. Something to keep in mind.
